Aruba has thousands of restaurants. Here are a few options that that won’t break the bank.
The Gourmet Spot
Right on the corner across from the Noord Supermarket. This family owned food stand has pastechi and prepared meals. They are open 6 days a week and usually sell-out by 1 PM.
Eduardo’s Hideaway
In our opinion the best restaurant in Aruba. Open for breakfast and lunch, Eduardo’s serves fresh and healthy food.
Jack’s Cafe at Super Foods
The restaurant in the Super Food supermarket has a varied menu and is very affordable. You can eat in or take out.
Lola Taqueria (on Tuesdays)
They serve $1 soft shell tacos on Tuesdays.
Pika’s Corner
A traditional Aruba family restaurant near the McDonalds roundabout.
The Bread Basket
On the Palm Beach boardwalk between the Hilton and the Barcelo. Sandwiches, burgers and fries.
Bingo Cafe
This dutch owned restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and something for everyone on the menu.
Zeerovers
This famous fresh seafood restaurant is in Savaneta and is a frequent stop for people making the trip down to Baby Beach. It can get very busy.
Food Trucks
There are lots of food trucks all over Aruba. Some only open at dinner time. We like Chalo Burger on Route 3 near the McDonald’s roundabout and BBQ Express next to the Palm Beach Citigo gas station.
Bakeries
There are bakeries along all the main roads. The two most famous are Huchada and Bright Bakery. Bakeries usually have pastries, sandwiches and pastechi. Some have hot meals.
Fast Food
There are (too) many American fast food restaurants in Aruba. If you have kids, sometimes you just need to go to the drive through and get a happy meal.
